Joint open letter on seafarers still trapped in Ukraine

This Friday (March 24) will mark one year since the invasion of Ukraine. It also marks 12 months since more than 300 innocent seafarers have been trapped in Ukrainian ports, caught in a crisis beyond their control. Today, we join with more than 30 other shipping organisations to call on the United Nations Secretary General to prioritise the evacuation of the 331 seafarers (and 62 ships) who have been trapped in Ukraine since the war started.
