wellness at sea Awareness Campaign

Free wellness resources and support

The free Wellness at Sea Awareness Campaign introduces your crews to the importance of wellbeing, gives them wellness advice and makes them aware of the different wellness resources and support available to them.

The 27-week campaign draws from our pioneering Wellness at Sea programme, exploring social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness and how to get help in a crisis. By introducing these concepts, it empowers seafarers to improve their physical and mental health, relationships and general wellbeing at sea.

We’ve recently expanded the Awareness Campaign to some of the key people in seafarers' communities who influence their lives and wellbeing: their families and shore staff.

Our campaign resource pack includes a variety of materials for seafarers, their families and shore staff branded with your company logo, including posters, wellness videos, podcasts and activity goals.

You can download the Awareness Campaign prospectus here.

Contact our Wellness at Sea programme Manager Johan Smith to get your pack.

On board with our wellness awareness campaign

“Seafarers are the torch bearers of our industry. When the world was in lockdown, the only movement of goods was by sea. The wellbeing of these essential workers is a top priority and with this in mind Fleet Management Ltd has chosen to partner with Sailors’ Society to provide a comprehensive wellness programme for our seafarers.”

Capt. Prashant S. Rangnekar, COO of Elegant Marine Services Pvt. Ltd, manning arm of Fleet Management

“Our partnership with Sailors’ Society plays a vital role in addressing the pressing issues and challenges our seafarers face every day and we are happy to introduce the Wellness at Sea Awareness Campaign to our clients. We believe that this programme will help empower seafarers to improve their overall health and wellbeing and help them navigate through difficult times.”
