"My dream is before my lifetime that I am able to see a seafarers' centre in every port, so all the seafarers can use these facilities and enjoy."
Pastor Joseph Chacko, January 2018
Joseph worked tirelessly to better seafarers’ welfare and now Sailors’ Society is committed to continuing the work he cared so much about.
We are seeking contributions towards The Joseph Chacko Memorial Fund, which will fund our work across India.

By making a gift to The Joseph Chacko Memorial Fund you will be helping us to create a lasting legacy to the life and work of Joseph. You can give in a number of ways, either through a one-off gift or by pledging to make an annual commitment. We will welcome gifts of all sizes and they can be from an individual or an organisation.
Whatever the size of your gift, we will recognise your contribution appropriately.
All donors to the fund will receive regular updates on how the projects you have funded are progressing including priority invitations to any associated events in India.
If you are considering making a large gift or a long term annual commitment to The Joseph Chacko Memorial Fund we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you. We will be happy to provide further details of the projects the fund will go towards where appropriate.
