What a fantastic day - one of the best of my life. I had some family and friends cheering me but, in all honesty, it was the other runners I came across who spurred me on.In the last mile I was done - my legs had completely seized up, but then a fantastic gentleman gave me a push and we completed it together. He was running for his father who passed away with cancer. But it was not just him, the amount of inspiration on that track is something else.
