Data so a seafarer can see his loved ones

Many of our chaplains have Wi-Fi hotspots which they can take on board ships to help connect seafarers with home when they are in port. This gift could help put a seafarer in touch with his or her family.

In Cochin port, India, our chaplain Sebastian Dsouza recently spent three days on board a tanker with the crew. He provided two Wi-Fi hotspots for the crew to be able to contact home while in port – invaluable to keep in touch with family and friends.
